Item J1: Willow Road Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Improvements The City Council will hold a study session to review and provide direction on safety improvements for the Willow Road project.
Item M3: Housing Updates & Downtown Parking Plazas (Informational) City staff will share a progress report on Menlo Park's state-mandated goal to plan for nearly 3,000 new homes by 2031. They will also outline the next steps for redeveloping the downtown surface parking lots (Plazas 1, 2, and 3). An independent financial review of the three current development proposals starts this month. The Council plans to review public feedback and choose a development team in September 2026. Note: The Council will not vote on this item tonight. Check out the Downtown Development webpage to stay informed.
