Welcome to the Belle Haven Empowered (BHE) website, operated by our team that was created by several Belle Haven residents to increase civic education and support and active participation in the decisions made by the City of Menlo Park that affect the Belle Haven neighborhood. BHE was formed through the efforts of and is an independent project of Menlo Together. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit project of Menlo Together which is a fiscally sponsored project of Foundation for Regional Transit. By accessing the Belle Haven Empowered website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

Privacy Policy 

We value and respect your privacy. If you use the Belle Haven Empowered Website, you agree that your activities are covered by our Privacy Policy.

Use of Publications, Trademarks, and Logos 

We provide information and resources on Belle Haven Community news, updates, events and programs; this may include articles, press releases, photographs, Belle Haven Empowered stories and case studies, reports, newsletters, video broadcasts, e-newsletters, quarterly updates.  Unless otherwise expressly stated, all content provided on the Belle Haven Empowered Website is intellectual property that belongs to us. You are permitted to download information from the Belle Haven Empowered Website for your own personal informational use. You may also copy, distribute, adapt, and transmit content from this Website solely for not-for-profit or educational purposes, provided that the use contains the following attribution: “Reproduced with permission of Belle Haven Empowered”. You may not suggest any other relationship, endorsement or affiliation with us unless you obtain express written permission. 

For any other use, you must obtain express written permission from us.
