Decisions on what to prioritize in the 2026 -2027 budget will be discussed and the council will make recommendations to the staff. 

This is your opportunity to voice concerns and make recommendations for what is important to you and for our community. There will be time for more input through Public Comment. It will be limited to 2 minutes per person.

The report includes the update on the Environmental Justice Element EJE on pages 384 to 406. There are a lot of charts that show who is responsible for the program, policy, action and the time frame.

EJE update will be an informational item at the Planning Commission meeting on Monday March 23. 2026 and at the City Council meeting on Tuesday March 24, 2026. The Council will be held at the Belle Haven Community Campus.
