It was announced on Friday May 1, 2026, that Willow Village is “hold.” The Annual Review of  the Development Agreement is scheduled for the May 18, 2026, Planning Commission meeting. We will send the official announcements from the City of Menlo Park as soon as it is available. 

Please note the updated Anti-displacement Plan will be presented to the Housing Commission on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.

Action Items:

• Monday, May 4, 2026, Planning Commission, 7pm, Public Hearing: 1005 O’Brien DR. and 1320 Willow Rd. Menlo Park. The public may submit comments for Planning Commission review via email to Chris Turner by 5:30 p.m. on May 4, 2026, and/or provide comments in-person at the meeting. • Tuesday May 5, 2026. Board of Supervisors. The San Mateo County Charter Review Committee has recommended amending the County Charter to establish an Independent Redistricting Commission for drawing Board of Supervisors district maps. If approved by the Board of Supervisors at their May 5, 2026, this landmark change will go before voters in the November 2026 election. More Information.
