Dear Mayor, Vice Mayor and Councilmembers,

I am writing to express my support for the Habitat for Humanity project on 335 Pierce Road in the Belle Haven neighborhood. This project helps address housing displacement and helps build a stronger and more stable neighborhood.

I am a resident of the Belle Haven neighborhood. This is important to me because I would like to be able to buy a home and for my children to live here. Please approve the fees concession waiver if it reduces the cost per unit to the buyer.

I want to see more opportunities to buy affordable housing in my neighborhood.
