Announcement:
Senior (ages 62 and older) Affordable rental units at Sequoia Belle Haven. Applications are due Aug. 26 at 5 p.m. One-bedroom units at the 30%, 45% and 50% Area Median Income Levels. Once current vacancies are filled, remaining applicants will be placed on a waitlist for future vacancies. More information about the property and income eligibility requirements is available here. Request for a use permit and architectural control permit and below market rate (BMR) housing agreement to construct two new three-story residential buildings with a total of eight below market rate townhomes on a vacant standard lot. All of the units would be for sale and available to households making a maximum of 80% area median income.
